Meet Mrs. Wildman

Above is a photo of my husband Jonas and our two beautiful daughters, Norah (10 years) and Elise (3 years). Growing up in Brighton I have been a native to Livingston County my entire life and our family LOVES living and working in the beautiful community of Howell.

As an educator, I encourage all students to lead healthy lifestyles through healthy food choices, regular exercise, and positive relationships with family members, educators and peers. I hold high, yet realistic expectations for all students as I guide each child to reach his/her fullest potential in all social and academic subject areas. I maintain a fun, active learning environment where all children are appreciated and respected as individuals and I provide a mentally and physically safe learning environment for each student. I absolutely love teaching early elementary students as they bring a smile to my face each and every morning! After completing a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Michigan-Flint, I began my professional career teaching at Hutchings Elementary in 2004. Since then, I have taught begindergarten, AM/PM kindergarten, first grade, and All-Day Every-Day Kindergarten. As of December of 2008, I hold a Master's in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College.
